Open Enrollment for application of admission to Sonoran Science Academy Schools for the fall of 2010-2011 education year is December 1st-January 29th.
Sonoran Science Academy Schools do not limit admission based on ethnicity, national origin, gender, income level, disabling condition, proficiency in the English language or athletic ability.
Sonoran Science Academy Schools enrolls all eligible pupils who submit an application in a timely fashion, unless the number of applications exceeds the capacity of a program, class, grade level or building. In this case a lottery process will be utilized.
The Admittance process for Sonoran Science Academy Schools is very simple.
Step 1: Download an application or fill out the online interest form. Online interest forms are not in place of the enrollment application but instead are utilized to supply families with additional information regarding the school, such as open house dates, curriculum, etc. You may also check our Open Houses pages and attend one of our open house sessions.
Step 2: Visit one of our school location and pickup an enrollment package.
Step 3: Turn in completed enrollment package with required supplementary documents.
Step 4: All applications will be evaluated in the order received according to the requirements of the Arizona Department of Education.
Step 5: Acceptance letters will be mailed out to the address supplied to us in the enrollment form with your acceptance or waiting list status.
Sonoran Science Academy Schools may limit admission to pupils within a given age group or grade level depending on space capacity.
Sonoran Science Academy Schools may refuse to admit any pupil who has been expelled from another educational institution or who is in the process of being expelled from another educational institution.
