You can apply in two ways.
1. Hard Copy: Download "Enrollment Forms", fill it in its entirety and submit to the school office of your choice.
2. In person: Stop by any of our offices to fill out the enrollment application in person.

- Interest Form: Fill out the online interest form to receive a phone call for more information regarding our schools' programs.
YOUR ENROLLMENT IS COMPLETE ONCE OUR OFFICE RECEIVES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- Enrollment application filled out in its entirety
· Copy of Birth Certificate
· Copy of Immunizations
· Most recent Standardized Test results (if you have any)
· Withdrawal form from previous school (during school year enrollment only)
· Book deposit of $120.00 for Grades K-12
· Certificate showing promotion to grade enrolling (during summer enrollment only)
PLACEMENT TESTS: All placement tests only place students at an appropriate level. They are not used to determine grade level. At this time the following placement tests will be taken by the student. For the months of May, June and July Call office to schedule an appointment.
Grades 2-5 Placement assessment is conducted through the Northwest Evaluation Association. Students will take the MAP assessment in Reading, Language Usage and Math.
Middle School Math Placement is done at time of submission of the enrollment application. To enroll in 6th or 7th grade, student must place at Saxon Math 76 or higher. To enroll in 8th grade, student must place at Saxon Math 87 or higher. To enroll in 9th grade, student must place in Geometry or higher.
Middle School Language Arts - writing is done at the beginning of the school year.
Grades K-1: Placement assessment will be conducted in the spring. The school office will contact enrolled students.
Grades 2-12: By appointment or on the announced days.
Interview and Administrator. Please call the office to schedule an appointment
Acceptance Packet will be mailed home within ten days of acceptance.
HOW TO TOUR SCHOOL FACILITIES:
1. Visit the school during the Open House dates. Administrators, teachers, parents and students will be on hand to answer questions and give school tours. Most Open Houses are in the evenings or on Saturdays
2. Call the school office during business hours and make an appointment with an administration who will go over the curriculum and program with you, and give you a tour of the school.
